~Menstruation & How to Overcome~

Talk to my hand!
Asssalamualaikum..Hye.. What's up boyz & gurlz out there??! Hopefully you are in good condition. Hurm..lately, I always feel got angry to someone.. hahaha YEah..undeniable..Sorry to that person. I knew you would  feel annoying to me.. But, what to do! It's uncontrolable! hahahaha.. Pardon me..=) Do you see above picture?? I like this  picture! Today's topic is Menstruation!

Sometime I feel angry, sad without any reason, act so hyperactive or feels like being ignored by everybody around me. These symptoms called PMS... Yes..I'm sure every women had these during their menstrual time.

So, what is menstrual time? Menstruation is having periods-is part of the female reproductive cycle that starts when girls become sexually mature at the time of puberty. During menstrual time, woman bleeds from her uterus via her vagina. This is last for about 3-8 days. The average menstrual cycle is 28 days long. Cycles can range anywhere from 21 to 35 days in adults and from 21 to 45 days in young teens.

Many women are badly affected by many symptoms such as pain in abdomen, pain in vagina, diarrhea, fatigue and so on. These all will affected the performances of the day for every woman that have these symptoms. I still remember, during I was in secondary school. I had a friend who had massive PMS effects until she fainted! But, most of the women get angry easily during their menstrual cycle. (exactly the me)

Yeah.. It is undeniable some women will get stress while their menstrual cycle because of bad affected from menstruation. But, there are several things that will help you to relieve discomfort:

  • While menstruating, refrain from drinking caffeinated drinks such as coffee, tea, cola or cocoa.
  • Avoid stress. Relaxation and massage can work wonders.
  • Exercise and staying fit can help prevent painful periods.
  • Keep your abdomen warm.
  • Finally, use pain-relieving medicines if necessary.Remember that it is always best to consult your doctor about your specific concerns.

In addition, there is no single proven theory, but there are several possible reasons: (1) contractions of the uterus similar to those felt in childbirth due to the hormone prostaglandin. (2) the pain can be caused by the cervix dilating when the blood and the tissue are passed out of the womb. (3)the pain can be due to earlier infections inflammations of the uterus, or benign tumors in the uterus. (4) in some cases, painful periods are hereditary. If a woman has painful periods, her daughters may later be affected in the same way.

I know most of women out there become stress during menstrual cycle. To overcome this, I always  do several things like sleeping, go for shopping, eating or do what ever that is your mind. Go woman! I love you.. =)

Thanks for reading.
